Comic Workshop - Construction Plan for Industry-Education Integration Training Base
Base positioning and core value
Building the largest practical training base
This training base aims to become the largest AIGC animation industrialization training venue in South China, with a total of 3,000 square meters of hardware space, covering multiple functional areas to provide students with ample training space.
Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment
The training base is equipped with advanced production toolchains used in the industry, such as high-performance AI workstations, virtual production studios, and motion capture laboratories, allowing trainees to access cutting-edge technologies and equipment and improve their practical skills.
Build the most complete production line
The base has a complete AIGC comic book industrial production line, forming a complete process from basic skills training to industrial production, and then to project collaboration and innovation, which can cultivate students' practical skills throughout the entire process.
Core value proposition: Value to students, universities, and businesses
For students: "Entering school is entering the profession."
For students, the training base offers the opportunity to "enter the industry upon enrollment," providing them with industry-certified skills, real-world project experience, and a direct path to employment. After 16 weeks of training, students can transform from beginners into near-professional professionals with immediate productivity in the industry.
For universities: "Teaching is production"
For universities, the training bases realize "teaching as production," transforming industry projects into teaching cases. Universities can set up these bases for free, gaining access to a full set of training resources, while simultaneously improving employment rates and professional influence.
For businesses: "Customized hiring"
Enterprises can achieve "customized talent acquisition" through training bases, obtaining AIGC content talents who have undergone industrialized process training and are ready to use immediately. They can also customize training directions through the "talent subscription" program to meet their own talent needs.

Software ecosystem
Teaching management platform
The teaching management platform has functions such as course learning, skills assessment, and certificate generation, providing students with a systematic learning path, making it convenient for students to learn course knowledge, conduct skills assessments, and ultimately obtain relevant certificates to improve their own abilities.
Production Cooperative Platform
Production collaboration platforms can break down enterprise needs, enable intelligent task distribution, and track progress in real time, effectively improving production efficiency, ensuring that enterprise needs are met in a timely manner, and promoting the integration of practical training with industry.
Portfolio and talent pool system
The portfolio and talent pool system can automatically generate a 3D skills profile and connect directly to the HR systems of partner companies, helping companies quickly understand students' skills, provide students with more job opportunities, and promote the transformation of students into prospective employees.
Faculty and Mentor System
"Three-Mentor" Teaching Team
The "three-mentor" teaching team consists of university professors, industry mentors, and AIGC tool experts. University professors provide the theoretical foundation, industry mentors are directors or senior producers from partner companies, and AIGC tool experts are responsible for practical technical training, providing students with comprehensive instruction.
20 resident mentors + 50 rotating corporate mentors
The training base has 20 resident mentors and 50 rotating mentors from enterprises. Resident mentors can provide long-term guidance to students, while rotating mentors from enterprises bring practical experience from their companies, jointly providing strong support for student growth and the effectiveness of the training.
Three-stage progressive training process
First step: Basic certification
- AIGC toolchain full-stack hands-on experience + industry standard understanding
- Pass the assessment to obtain the "AIGC Comic Assistant Engineer" certification.
- Learning is a level-based system; you can only move on to the next stage after completing each tool module.

Practical training and industry integration model
Partner companies submit annual talent needs
Partnering companies submit their annual talent needs to the training base, which then uses this as the basis for customizing its training programs. This is the initial step in the talent procurement plan, providing clear goals and directions for subsequent customized training.
Customized training direction of the base
The training base customizes its programs based on the talent needs submitted by partner companies. This approach ensures that the trained personnel meet the actual needs of the companies, improving the match between talent and corporate requirements.
Students are selected to enter "customized corporate classes".
Students are selected for "customized corporate training programs," embarking on a tailor-made development path. In these programs, students receive training closely aligned with the needs of businesses, laying a solid foundation for their future career development.
Enterprise projects are integrated throughout the entire training process.
Enterprise projects are integrated throughout the entire training program, allowing students to learn and grow through practice. By participating in real enterprise projects, students can accumulate rich practical experience and improve their ability to solve real-world problems.
Those who pass the assessment will be hired directly.
After completing their practical training, students can directly join partner companies upon passing the assessment. This provides students with a clear employment path and supplies companies with qualified, professionally trained talent.
Project pool mechanism
Project source
The project pool has a wide range of sources, including real commercial projects (lightweight versions) from partner companies, workshop-owned IP development projects, government/cultural tourism promotion projects, and public welfare science popularization projects, providing students with diverse practical opportunities.
Project management
The project employs a tiered management system, divided into S/A/B levels, to match participants at different stages. This tiered approach allows participants to gradually participate in the project, improve their skills, and better adapt to tasks of varying difficulty.
Skills certification linked to salary system
Certification Grade
The skills certification is divided into four levels: L1 Assistant Engineer (mastery of basic tools), L2 Specialist Engineer (proficiency in a single process), L3 Full-Stack Engineer (mastery of the entire process), and L4 Project Manager (project management + client liaison), which comprehensively measure the students' skill level.
Salary Benchmark
Different certification levels correspond to different salary benchmarks: L1 is 6-8K, L2 is 8-12K, L3 is 12-18K, and L4 is 18K+, which is in line with the industry standards in South China and encourages trainees to improve their skills.
